What we collect
Your email and display name (via account sign-up), the content you submit to generate infographics (topics, pasted text, or URLs), the projects and generations you create, and basic usage counts (generations and exports per billing period).
How we use it
To run the service: authenticating you, generating and storing your infographics, enforcing your plan's usage limits, and processing payments for paid plans. Your submitted content is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to structure it into an infographic — it isn't used to train models we control.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that power Infographiq: our AI provider (for content structuring), our payment processor Stripe (for billing), and our hosting/storage providers. We don't sell your data.
Your controls
You can delete a project or generation at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us via your account.
