1. Using Infographiq
By creating an account or using Infographiq, you agree to these terms. You're responsible for the content you submit (topics, text, or URLs) and for what you generate from it. Don't use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
2. Your content
You own the infographics you create. We don't claim rights over your generated content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — review anything you plan to rely on or publish.
3. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans include a monthly generation and export limit. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be managed or canceled at any time from your billing page.
4. Service availability
Infographiq is provided “as is.” We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
